The Lions Eye Research Foundation (LERF) held its first meeting of the year at the Holiday Inn in Carteret, NJ on August 16, 2010. Foundation officers introduced the current New Jersey District Governors into their new roles as LERF Trustees for the year 2010-2011. The District governors were given an overview of the foundation’s history and operation, and also a review of its Constitution.
