Director Lion Margaret Chaplin and Coordinator Lion Cathy Courson of the Eye Bank of New Jersey, located in Clark, New Jersey, invited the 5 New Jersey District Governors to a dinner and presentation at their new location on July 15, 2010. 

At that time, the District Governors were treated to a tour of the new facilities by "Tammy," a technician, who guided the visitors through the building, pointing out the latest in state-of-the-art equipment, and an opportunity to view an actual cornea.

A delightful meal fit for a gourmand followed, after which a slide show of the history and accomplishments of the Eye Bank of New Jersey was given in the conference room by Director Lion Margaret Chaplin and Coordinator Lion Cathy Courson.  The two representatives requested of the District Governors to encourage their clubs to ask for information about the "I Joined" Program given by the Eye Bank.  To learn more, contact either Margaret or Cathy at (732) 382-3060.
