2010 NJ Lions State Convention Musical Program

This musical program is an added feature for the convention.  This year’s special guest is Past International President Jimmy Ross.

On behalf of the Edison Metro Lions Club and the convention, a gift from NJ artist Hong Lu will be presented to our guest.  The performers for the musical program are Lions, Leos and members of the Tong-Yi-Shou-Ge GYH Club (Friendship thru Music),

a non-profit musical performance group.

89th NJ Lions State Convention - Somerset , NJ

 Dear NJ Lions,

Right now you may think our 89th NJ Lions State Convention that starts with the golf outing on May 13th in a long ways off. It is not. In order to benefit from the special convention room rate of $102 plus applicable taxes at the DoubleTree Hotel you must make your reservation directly with the hotel by April 21st. When registering be sure to use the code "NJL" to get the special room rate. For your convenience a Convention Registration Form is attached to this message. The telephone number for the hotel in on the form. Individual meals can be purchased separately as indicated. Please note that a convention badge ($6.00) must be worn to gain access to all events including meals.

A State Convention is a wonderful opportunity to greet old friends, meet new ones, exchange ideas, visit our exhibit area to learn about our State Projects, introduce a newly inducted Lion to Lionism outside of the club, welcome the new officers and thank the outgoing officers and learn about Lionism at the International level from our Guest Past International President Jimmy Ross.
