General Driving Instructions

  • From Route I-287 North Take exit 10 for Route 527 New Brunswick/Easton Ave. Follow Route 527 North to the first traffic light and make a left onto Davidson Avenue. Continue on Davidson Avenue for one half mile and make a left into Atrium Corporate Park. Follow to the front entrance of the hotel.
  • From Route I-287 South Take exit 10 for Route 527 Easton Ave/New Brunswick. Follow Route 527 North and bear left toward signs for Davidson Avenue. At the first traffic light make a left onto Davidson Avenue. Continue on Davidson Avenue for one half mile and make a left into Atrium Corporate Park. Follow to the front entrance of the hotel.
  • From the New Jersey Turnpike Take Exit 10 for Metuchen/Edison to I-287 North. Take exit 10 for Route 527 New Brunswick/Easton Ave. Follow Route 527 North to the first traffic light and make a left onto Davidson Ave. Continue on Davidson Avenue for one half mile and make a left into Atrium Corporate Park. Follow to the front entrance of the hotel.
  • From the Garden State Parkway North Take Exit 127 for I-287 North. Take exit 10 for Route 527 New Brunswick/Easton Ave. Follow Route 527 North to the first traffic light and make a left onto Davidson Ave. Continue on Davidson Avenue for one half mile and make a left into Atrium Corporate Park. Follow to the front entrance of the hotel.
  • From the Garden State Parkway South Take exit 129 for I-287 North. Take exit 10 for Route 527 New Brunswick/Easton Ave. Follow Route 527 North to the first traffic light and make a left onto Dividson Avenue. Continue on Davidson Avenue for one half mile and make a left into Atrium Corporate Park. Follow to the front entrance of the hotel. (Optional- exit for Route 22 West to I-287 North) Take exit 10 for Route 527 New Brunswick/Easton Ave. Follow Route 527 North to the first traffic light and make a left onto Davidson Avenue. Continue on Davidson Avenue for one half mile and make a left into Atrium Corporate Park. Follow to the front entrance of the hotel.

The music program is an added feature to the state convention.  This year’s special guest is International Director Haynes H Townsend.

On behalf of the Edison Metro Lions Club and the Edison Leo Club, Peace Poster Contest winner Dennis Zhang, will present his lion poster as a gift to our guest.  Performers are Lions, Leos of East Brunswick/Edison/Highland Park Clubs, & Eastern Chorus members.

The 2011 State Convention Committee of NJ Multiple District 16 cordially invites you to participate in the Convention Golf Outing.

Last year’s outing was enjoyed by many including a number of husband and wife teams.  Some fifty Lions and guests had a great time on a great day on a great course.  We are sure that the word has gotten out and we again expect to increase the turn out considerably, so don’t wait until the last minute.  Register early; this is a great way to start the Convention.

Thursday May 12, 2011, mark the date.  Where?  Bunker Hill Golf Course 220 Bunker Hill Road Princeton, NJ (908) 359-6335 cost $50.00 per person, and that includes an 18 hole regulation golf course with golf cart and a surprise or two.  Snack Bar available.   New Car hole in one, free golf for a year hole in one.  What a deal!!!

Starting times begin at 10:30am.  You can start early and be back home or back to the Convention hotel early to do what you have to do.

Another great deal would be to advertise your Club, your Lions Charity, or your Business.  SPONSOR A HOLE: cost, $50.00; SPONSOR A PIN, cost $25.00.  Either way your plaque will be made by a professional.  Prices don’t get any lower than this and it is for a worth while cause.  

CHECKS are to be made out to NJ Lions Multiple District 16. MAIL your Golf Reservation and check to Lion Frank Magnolia at the above address. Won’t you join us?  Don’t put it off; do it now!  Singles, doubles, foursomes, we will fit you in. Come on out. What a great way to start your Convention.
